Within ControlMap, MSPs have an updated and refreshed dashboard within the MSP Portal. The new dashboard provides a comprehensive, single-pane-of-glass view and consolidates important compliance data across clients, enabling MSPs to efficiently manage and monitor clients’ compliance status within a single window.

ControlMap has implemented a RACI matrix within the platform. This simple and effective chart defines project roles and responsibilities, identifying who is responsible, accountable, consulted, and informed for every step of the compliance journey. 
 

Where do you find the RACI Matrix?

In an active tenant account, open a framework and click a new tab called “Responsibility”. This will open the RACI framework. See the attached screenshot for what you should see.
