Currently we are not able to have our Analytics (ticket data) made available to include in scheduled reports. Analytics data is also not available to add to a “Deliverable” report. I would be happy to have that to start with.
Ideally any client we have assigned an X license to we’d want to deliver ticket data to in a fashion that is well beyond what our PSA affords. Bonus points if we could get them access to the LM dashboard, but scheduled reporting is ideal.
I would imagine as Analytics is in beta that these types of features are coming but I was curious of a potential timeline.
