Having Analytics data (currently in beta) made available for scheduled reports

Howdy all!

 

Currently we are not able to have our Analytics (ticket data) made available to include in scheduled reports. Analytics data is also not available to add to a “Deliverable” report. I would be happy to have that to start with. 

Ideally any client we have assigned an X license to we’d want to deliver ticket data to in a fashion that is well beyond what our PSA affords. Bonus points if we could get them access to the LM dashboard, but scheduled reporting is ideal. 

 

I would imagine as Analytics is in beta that these types of features are coming but I was curious of a potential timeline.

Adding a +1 to this.  In addition, I would love to see those analytics clickable as well.  For example, “Open Tickets by Category” - the ability to click a category and see which tickets are open.  This feature is in LCI, so hoping to see it here as well.
