Currently the Approval Process is pretty limited, you can only assign one person to a single approval policy. We utilize different templates, for example, I want all project work to be approved by our Project Team, for small items, I want that to be approved by a Manager, for MSA, I want that to be approved by someone else.Also, adding in layer approvals. If Margins fall below say 20%, it gets approved by a Manager, if it falls below 10%, it needs to get approved by an Executive. Or even if discounts are applied, it should be approved by specific person.Just having the options creates some flexibility.

Hi,With HPE Aruba switches, Lifecycle Manager is picking up the base warranty which is generally for a 5 month period before it moves to the Limited lifetime warranty that has years on it. Here is an example:Do I have to manually go in an update each of the switches with the correct warranty date or is this something you can fix centrally, or have the system pick up the correct warranty?  Regards

Is there a way to specify which data source is used for the final summary in the ScalePad reporting integration?We’ve noticed that some of our assets receive data from both Datto RMM and HP Inc Lookup, but the final summary currently selects HP Inc Lookup as the source. We would prefer it to use the Datto RMM data instead.Could you please advise if there’s a setting or configuration to control this behavior?

Hi,Is there a way to change the date formatting from US to UK in ControlMap?

I want to understand how the data is calculate, does it include only open tickets ? open and closed within a certain timeframe? How does it deal with Merged or bundled tickets?Is it possible to get to 100% config attached or what is the target for this?

A few months ago, I set my policy review date to 10/31/25. Today, I (along with many other people in my tenant) got an email reminder for policy review. Why did everyone who is an admin or in a compliance manager role get this email not just the owner, contributor(if any) and approver who were listed? This seems noisy for users in the system and would be better suited for granular notifications as this caused some confusion for people. Is there a master list of what notifications are sent to what roles in ControlMap? 

Where can I find the prospecting questions that used to exist in the pre-client tenants? I can’t seem to find those in the new “free” tenants. 

I can’t seem to find a way to export assessment questions with guidance or a way to include guidance when sending a question set to a customer (as an option). I also don’t see a report with this option. Am I missing this somewhere? Thanks.

Request to add the GovRAMP (formerly StateRAMP) framework to ControlMap’s available frameworks.This framework is becoming a key compliance requirement for U.S. public sector and state-level contracts, and adding it would enable partners to manage, assess, and report on GovRAMP controls directly within ControlMap without relying on manual imports or custom mappings.

I am working on creating content blocks. This is a small ask, but I was wondering if you could make the 'Add Content Block' area larger so that we can see the whole name of the content blocks? I have a screenshot to show what I am asking, because I don't know if this is making the most sense :)  

Hi there, We have several customers where we only manage part of their environment, as reflected in Lifecycle Manager. For those in a co-managed setup—where both the customer and our team manage different parts—I’m looking to understand if there’s a tool (possibly Manager X) that allows us to manually upload unmanaged devices (via CSV or Excel) and report on them, even if they’re not considered “Managed.”The goal is to capture the customer’s full environment to provide meaningful insights and demonstrate value, ultimately supporting the case for including those devices in a managed services contract.Happy to discuss further if needed.

adding/using line items with different/all frequencies on one template/quote

Since Quoter email tracking only works when sending directly from Quoter (not when using the public link with Halo), is there any workaround?This defeats the purpose of integration when dealing with the helpdesk: if an opp. ticket is open and a quote is sent from quoter, the help desk has no visibility. They’d need Quoter access (which they don’t and won’t have), and the client ends up with a separate email chain. Once the client replies, that conversation is no longer tied to the ticket. The Sales and helpdesk teams will not have the data in sync. Ideally, all quote activity and communication should stay in Halo — even just an email alert confirming the quote was opened would help. We can then keep all ticket history inside off Halo.

Can someone point to any documentation for integrating Kaseya BMS and VSA with Controlmap? The only one I see is ConnectWise.

Did the pre-client/pre-assessment option go away with the new tiers within ControlMap?
