Hey community đź‘‹

At Scalepad, we know QBRs should be where you align on goals, show progress, and agree on what’s next with your clients. But for many MSPs, prep still looks like exporting reports, grabbing screenshots, and wrestling with PowerPoint for hours.

We enhanced Deliverables in Lifecycle Manager X to be the fastest, most consistent way to create QBR presentations and reports.

What’s new

  • A modern, web-based presentation experience: Clean, client-friendly, and built for live conversations with a white-labeled presentation mode for all reports.
  • Richer reports with strategic building blocks: You can pull in content like goals, budgets, assessments, and external vendor reports to create a narrative that connects client goals to your recommendations.
• More flexible sharing options: Send a password-protected link, present live, or export to PDF for stakeholders who want an attachment.

Pre-built reports from MSP tools (available out of the box)

We’re also launching with default report pages for Cork, Huntress, and IT Glue, so vendor reporting appears in a cohesive QBR narrative without extra setup.

  • Cork Report: quick snapshot of security/compliance events and what’s at risk vs. resolved.
  • Huntress EDR Report: An overview of EDR activity and outcomes (signals, incidents, severity, resolved vs. open).
  • IT Glue Report:  A view of documentation coverage and what’s current/expiring/expired across key areas.

What’s next

Throughout the year, we will be building more templates and section customization, and many more integrations to create reports for all your favourite tools.

If there’s a tool you want, request it in the community and vote so we can prioritize what to build next.

I like the direction this is going, especially the add of huntress reports (this has been a need)! and we have been manually adding these.  The missing contacts report that is in previous iterations does make this unusable for us though unfortunately.

Losing the ability to filter assets and have separate reports for network and workstation hardware is also a step back. Look forward to how this tool evolves!

Hey NMMSP! I appreciate the feedback. We are working on a fast-follow sprint to make sure that all the reports from the previous version are included in the new Deliverables module.

Your contacts and custom hardware reports will be in the new version very soon, promise!

I’ll keep you posted when it happens.Â
