Are there plans to allow for rich text formatting in Action Items? And maybe fleshing out the input form to include a title and a description. Asking because it would make creating PSA tickets more seamless, and keep the Action Items list a little more clean -- currently, if you have more than one line of text it crams all the text into the list view of the Action Items.

+2I’ll need to get this created as a Jira story for our Product/Dev team to review and prioritize. As I’m sure you’re aware, there’s no technical limitation stopping us from doing this - it’s just been a resource allocation thing.
I’ll raise it internally and let you know if I get any movement on it soon.
