Do You Have to Be A User of ControlMap to Be Assigned Tasks?

There’s a debate at my organization regarding the assigning of tasks (such as evidence collection or document uploading): can you assign tasks to anyone within an organization just using their email address, or do they have to be added to ControlMap as a user?

Custom attributes on assets in ControlMap

Is there a way to add other attributes/columns to assets in ControlMap, so it can be the basic asset register for an organisation? e.g. equipment barcode? Ideally, custom attributes would not be overwritten when rows are updated from an integration. I thought this existed but looking again, cannot see the option to add additional columns.

Lifecycle Insighs + Connectwise RMM

Hi guys,I wonder if you could assist. I did see a discussion started on this several months ago but there doesn’t appear to be any responses.We recently moved from Datto’s RMM to ConnectWise RMM, although are still using AutoTask as our PSA for tickets, opportunities, contracts etc. I notice that Lifecycle Manager has a ConnectWise integration (which we have enabled) but the data I am seeing within Lifecycle Insights appears to be old and cached from Datto (back when this was live, we no longer have access to this platform).Are there plans to integrate Lifecycle Insights with ConnectWise RMM or is there some way for me to point LCI at LCM for asset data? We are struggling currently because we’re unable to present customers with an accurate representation of their device estate in our monthly/quarterly meetings.As always any help would be greatly appreciated.

New Dashboard sucks. Give us back a desktops/Servers out of warranty

As the title says. Give us back the basic features we signed up for.I report weekly on how many desktops & servers are out of warranty. I used to be able to log in, see this information, and log out. Please give us back the BASIC functionality so we can see at a glimpe how many desktops & server are out of warranty, without having to deep dive into all the BS.

Monthly Synology Report

So we use synology’s pretty heavily at our company. We do our best to track and utilize all the reporting we can get from them to include the monthly hard drive status report. How ever i have yet to figure out how to set that report that only runs one a month. I see the options for certain days, daily, weekends only etc but nothing for monthly. I think I can pause them to do this, but I believe that I would need to re-pause them after that report ran every month. Edit- I did find the “Schedule” tab, and have created a monthly status and applied it, we shall see if this serves to sort this out for me.   Thank you

Users displays entries of M365 accounts as weird GUID

 I’m getting this in the Users list after enabling M365 integration for this customer / syncing M365 data. I’ve noticed it on other customers as well, already integrated for a while...

Fix Average in Stack Alignment

I write here out of desperation, as I don’t seem to be able get any response in other channels. Stack Alignment is underdeveloped! It is not usable for Alignment engineers due to simple problem with rendering data. I opened up tickets with support, addressed it during the training session with developers and all I am hearing: “Leadership decides what to develop”. Last time, I brought this topic they “develop” tile organization in customer success but fail to fix basic functionality of the product as advertised. Every training session, LCI speaks about customer success and how we as MSP need to develop strategy, budget etc to help our clients achieve their success, however ScalePad sound like ignores the same approach when it comes to us - ScalePad clients, LifeCycle Insights clients.Can we be reimbursed for paying for the module for the last year while it’s not working? If I am the only one who has the problem, why no one tells me so. Or am I the only one to use the products as it was
