Peter, I am willing to share how we have used LCI for client business reviews.

I am not sure how to send a template for a report, but I have attached a Word file that could be useful. The document includes the agenda we follow during our client business reviews and a list of the components we have included in our LCI report. Please feel free to use a similar agenda and report for your client meetings.
