So we use synology’s pretty heavily at our company. We do our best to track and utilize all the reporting we can get from them to include the monthly hard drive status report. How ever i have yet to figure out how to set that report that only runs one a month. I see the options for certain days, daily, weekends only etc but nothing for monthly. 

I think I can pause them to do this, but I believe that I would need to re-pause them after that report ran every month. 

Edit- I did find the “Schedule” tab, and have created a monthly status and applied it, we shall see if this serves to sort this out for me.

We just had these show up in our environment as well and this is helpful.  We were struggling with the same thing as to how to handle a monthly report as well.

So it totally worked the way i wanted it to. I just created a new schedule and called it monthly, and then edited my synology template to ignore the word monthly. 

I created a new template for 

device type > synology> and job contains “Monthly”, so any synology task that has monthly in the name should be caught by that and then set the schedule to the monthly. 

Seems to be working great so far for me!
