Happy Holidays everyone! We’re back with a special edition of Communi-Tea. This month marks one year since we first launched our ScalePad Community. I’ve had the pleasure of watching this Community grow from the sidelines, and I couldn’t be happier to see it evolve to where it is today. Within this year, we’ve hit some major milestones and accomplished so much.

• 1,300 members (and counting) have joined the ScalePad Community.
• 3,447 posts were created.
• 1,746 replies to topics.
• 31,197 guest visitors stopped by to check the Community out.
• 111,656 different pages were reviewed this year.
• 1,508 ideas were submitted, and 3,388 votes were added (phe,w you’ve been busy).

Like you, we have some pretty great goals set for 2025, which include:

• Organizing Community meetups this year at some of the larger events.
• Hosting AMA (Ask Me Anything) style chats with our new and existing executive team within the Community.
• People helping people. Let’s shine a light on some of our Community members by giving them the space to post articles and new questions. 
• We want to hear from you! What do you like/what could you do without (memes within these newsletters are non-negotiable)?

New ControlMap Integration: Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training

Four new updated Cognition360 core reports! Little pre-Christmas continuous product value comin' at you!

• Technology Business Review: Added a new Configuration Type filter to the Computer Information page
• Project Summary Report: Project Management Hours are now added to the Project Details Report as a separate column under the Project Summary in Project Details.
• Team Utilization Report: A drill-through to the Total Labor per Hour has now been added to the Hourly Labor page
• Work Type Usage: A yes/no filter for Child Tickets has been added to the Customer page

 A few small (but mighty) Lifecycle Manager Updates!

•  Datto EDR now supported as Endpoint Protection.
  • Lifecycle Manager previously did not recognize Datto EDR as endpoint protection, and now we do. This came from this Community request, so keep sending those product ideas our way!
• You can now identify hardware assets covered by ScalePad from the hardware console. This allows you to:
  • Filter to show devices covered by ScalePad (either Infrastructure Protection or Workstation Assurance)
  • Gain quick access to submit a service request from the hardware console
  • Download CSV/Excel or Hardware Report with devices covered by ScalePad to share with teammates or clients

• We will award one lucky Community member Community Member of the Year at our partner Ignition event on January 23rd, 2025. Congratulations to our nominees, Tom McGinley, Brian Weiss, and Rob Zwezereijn!!
