I’m hoping this is a pretty easy solve, but I’ve tried different menus, mappings, and Community posts with no luck yet. When I answer an Assessment question, I want to attach Risks to it. This is not handled within the Assessment section; it’s apparently populated/connected elsewhere, and I can’t figure out where.I’ve attached Risks to individual controls in the Controls section, I’ve tried clicking the “Attach” and “Edit” buttons on the assessment question (you can attach policies, procedures, etc. but not risks), I’ve tried mapping it via the Risk Register, I’ve tried looking at the tenant’s general settings, etc. I’ll create a separate topic for this one, but similarly, I’m looking for all my previously uploaded Evidence to appear under the “Evidence” tab shown above. This is the same general type of issue/question as the Risks question. Howdy all! Currently we are not able to have our Analytics (ticket data) made available to include in scheduled reports. Analytics data is also not available to add to a “Deliverable” report. I would be happy to have that to start with. Ideally any client we have assigned an X license to we’d want to deliver ticket data to in a fashion that is well beyond what our PSA affords. Bonus points if we could get them access to the LM dashboard, but scheduled reporting is ideal.  I would imagine as Analytics is in beta that these types of features are coming but I was curious of a potential timeline.  Cheers!

We really need to get the Stack Alignment from LCI into LMX. I was expecting it to be in the Ignition releases.  

HardwareThe columns that we choose seem to memorise based on the client selected. Can we just have a defined view that sticks across all clients? We use the same view all the time and setting it for each client is just creating unnecessary work.

Contracts When we import the contract details it is double counting the contract value as the contract header has the total value and the sub contract items are added once again. If you look at the import screen, you can see the hierachy view. Ideally this is how it would be presented in the budget report.

We often perform multiple assessments for a number of different reasons.  We should be able to present the results of mutliple assessments in LMX  (just like we could in LCI)In Deliverables 2.0 provide the ability to include multiple Assessments for presentation.

In the old dashboard (without the backup plans) company names were visible in the tiles. However, since the new dashboard the company names are only visible when hovering over th entries. Showing the company names will provid a much quicker overview. That's what BakupRadar is all about isn't it?Please put back the option to show company names permanently.

The only audit report (Audit Evidence & Result) provided in ControlMap is missing key critical info found in the detailed evaluation section of a given Request:1) testing approach 2) recommendations and findingsI have looked for other ways/reports to export this information to give to our client and have reached a dead end. Am I using the wrong report or is the content in these fields NOT exportable via report?  If not exportable, why? This is important information to share as part of an audit and/or audit readiness. 

Can you please provide a link the documentation on jumpstart option within ControlMap? 

There are too many options and causing confusion, we would like to limit the category options when adding a cloud product. 

For accounting purposes, we are looking to add a GL code to items we quote clients. When adding products from the “Product Cloud”, are we able to see/update the products “Integration Cross Reference” field for CW Manage?I do not see that field event when I add a product from the CW Manage either.Is there a way to see/modify a default product field from CW Manage in Quoter for accounting purposes.  

URGENTWhat is the conditional logic on how process maturity levels are assigned for a given framework objective requirement? I enabled process maturity for 2 frameworks for a client that previously did not have this enabled and were assessed last year. I now see that all of the existing requirements that were in scope have a maturity set automatically to the Tier 1/Initial and any new requirements that are now in scope are set to Tier 0/Not Implemented. I could use some additional information to have a more productive and informative discussion with the client and my peers so that we are clear on how this works. I already have hunted down the descriptions of the maturity levels for each of the frameworks I am using - found in a report by chance (you need to have these online somewhere in your docs too!) We are starting a new assesment with this client in the next few weeks and need this information as soon as possible. I am working on creating content blocks. This is a small ask, but I was wondering if you could make the 'Add Content Block' area larger so that we can see the whole name of the content blocks? I have a screenshot to show what I am asking, because I don't know if this is making the most sense :)

Hello, I am really hoping the product improves over time. What good are assessments to assess potential clients when we cannot create new companies without them being created in CW WITH assets/configurations? Please let me know if I am wrong, but there is no way to create a client without them having assets to sync… right?The more I try to use the product, the more half-baked and thought out it feels.
