Content Blocks Are The FutureWe recently introduced Content Blocks, a more flexible way to manage quote content. Instead of static sections tied to a single template, Content Blocks can be created once and reused across multiple templates, making it easier to standardize, update, and pull content into your quotes. Content Blocks are a better way to build and manage reusable content in Quoter. Deprecating Cover Letter and Appended ContentWith Content Blocks in place, the legacy Cover Letter and Appended Content sections in templates and quotes have become a solution without a problem. We will continue to have both Content Blocks and the legacy Cover Letter and Appended Content sections for now, but we have decided to deprecate them in approximately six months’ time (March 2026). Quoter Partners will have until March 2026 to move any existing content into Content Blocks. How do I migrate to Content Blocks?To migrate your content, we recommend the following:Open your current Cover Letter

Enhancements that Enhance Profits… for Everyone!Behind the scenes, the Quoter team has been working on improving our Reporting capabilities, and we’re ready to share our work with our Quoter Partners. If you’re not familiar, Quoter’s Reporting is included in our Pro and Enterprise plans, and has been available as an a la carte add-on for other users. We’ve tightened up the focus to look at the profitability of Won quotes, expanded the breadth to look at all items (not just ones in your Quoter catalogue), and reworked the analysis to split out recurring and one-time items. The best part? We’re giving access to our new enhanced Reporting to all Quoter Partners until the end of 2025.
