I’m Brittany Crane, and I’m excited to officially introduce myself as your new Community Manager here at ScalePad! 🎉
You may have met me during a Backup Radar workshop or onboarding session. For those who don’t know me yet, I’ve been part of the ScalePad team, working hard to support our partners and help them get the most out of what we build together. I’m passionate about building meaningful connections, amplifying Partner voices, and creating a space where MSPs can learn from one another and grow together.
Before I jump into what’s ahead, I want to take a moment to recognize
Andrea, thank you for all the heart, leadership, and care you’ve poured into this community, your work has helped shape it into what it is today, and we’re so grateful for everything you’ve built.
As your Community Manager, I’ll be focused on:
🌟 Strengthening the ways we connect
💬 Curating meaningful conversations across our channels
📣 Bringing your feedback, stories, and insights into the heart of what we do
🤝 Hosting events, discussions, and opportunities for peer-to-peer engagement
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be working on building a refreshed vision for the community, so you may notice things being a little quieter than usual while we take a step back and plan intentionally.
But here’s the important part, we’d love for you to help us shape that vision. This community is for you, and your input will guide where we focus next.
