Right now, when Backup Radar generates a PSA ticket, the body contains a link to the backup plan/configuration. While the link to Backup Radar is useful, it's a few extra clicks away from what the tech actually needs: what failed and why.
It would be much more productive if the ticket included either:
- A direct link to the specific backup result that triggered the alert, or
- The content of the triggering email (the backup report itself) embedded in the ticket body
Either change would put the error message, job name, and failure details right in front of the technician the moment they open the ticket, instead of making them click into Backup Radar, find the device, and drill into the failed run before troubleshooting can even start.
