Schedule Column Missing in API JSON Response

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the Backup Radar API response.

The Schedule column is visible in the Backup Radar portal UI; however, it is missing from the JSON response returned by the API.

Could you please help us understand:

  • Why the Schedule field is not included in the API response?
  • Whether any configuration or permissions are required to retrieve this field?

Hi Anisha,

 

You’re correct that the Schedule value you see in the Backup Radar UI is not currently exposed as a field in the Backup Radar API response.

 

At the moment, the only related field available via the API is the isScheduled value on the backup result, which returns either true or false to indicate whether the backup is scheduled. There isn’t any additional configuration or permission that would surface the actual Schedule name or details in the API today; it simply isn’t part of the current API schema.
