Delete Action Items

I have removed all the mappings and they still show up. see attached image.

Delete or hide.

You can navigate to the global action items page using the top navigation ribbon.  Click Global, then select Action Items.  You can open the item you wish to delete, and you will find a delete button at the bottom of the Action Item Edit Window.
