We have several customers where we only manage part of their environment, as reflected in Lifecycle Manager. For those in a co-managed setup—where both the customer and our team manage different parts—I’m looking to understand if there’s a tool (possibly Manager X) that allows us to manually upload unmanaged devices (via CSV or Excel) and report on them, even if they’re not considered “Managed.”
The goal is to capture the customer’s full environment to provide meaningful insights and demonstrate value, ultimately supporting the case for including those devices in a managed services contract.
