I have a few clients in Lifecycle manager that is missing the warranty information.

 

Why would this be?

Hello @ldeponte89! I’ve asked our Lifecycle Manager Support team to have a look into your account and investigate why warranty information may not be showing up. I’ve asked that they give you an update here once they’ve done some digging.

What brand is not updating?


HP. Microsoft, Dell, Acer --- Strange thing is that we have some devices from these manufactures that have information and some that don’t
