+2We really appreciate the new SmileBack integration, we were hoping it would be added to the Deliverables integration, however it is only in the analytics.
It would be great if we can add the Analytics and CSAT option to the Deliverables so we can share with the client during our QBRs etc.
I hope you will consider adding it as for now we are having to screenshot it and add it in via Custom section.

I’m glad to hear this. That said, the existing CSAT report isn’t even formatted appropriately for downloading as a PDF and manually including in the Deliverables section. I’m not quite sure where the value is here.
