We’re new to LM and setting up sync from ITGlue - all good except it brings all active records that are set as customer and active - so it’s bringing over those legacy T&M, web hosting/Office365 only clients that don’t have managed services which puts us over our susbcription count.

Anyone managed to find a way to use classification to just pull those on MSP plans or have you just changed the non-MSP clients to not be customer and acept that this will mess with some AT reporting?

Hey Tony,

This is a tricky one for sure. IT Glue doesn’t expose any deeper “classification” in their API other than the obvious Org Type and Status. So if you need all customers tagged as “Customer” Type for your Autotask sync then it may be best to remove IT Glue altogether. Are you currently leveraging the IT Glue Deliverable component in LMX? If not, I’d say there’s very little you will lose by removing ITG.

I see you have a ticket open as well so support will also follow up, but as of now we have no way to deepen the org sync from ITG based on what we can pull from their API.

Best,
Shay
