IT Glue Integration Features - Sync Microsoft License from ITGlue To Lifecycle Manager

Although not possible today, I’d like to explore this further. Is it safe to assume you maintain your O365 Licenses in ITG as flexible assets? If so, how are they loaded into ITG - via partner portal integration, manually etc etc?

We use the Microsoft integration in ITGlue to integrate our licenses. We use flexible assets.

Ok good to know. I raised the potential of expanding our ITG integration to report on Flexible Assets in LM. Today a summary of flexible assets sync through to the IT Glue Deliverables component used in LMX.

A note on future M365 integration improvement though, in May we’ll be expanding on what data we pull from M365 such as Secure Score. there will be added incentive to integrate directly with M365 in your LM account at that point.
