We would like to be able to sync our O365 licenses that we have in ITGlue into Lifecycle Manager instead of setting up another integration.

It’s a good point you raise, Brent.
Although not possible today, I’d like to explore this further. Is it safe to assume you maintain your O365 Licenses in ITG as flexible assets? If so, how are they loaded into ITG - via partner portal integration, manually etc etc?
