I have set up the goals, Initiatives, and deliverables for a client. I set up a meeting in ScalePad and attach all of the artifacts to the meeting. Scalepad has a record of stakeholder contact email addresses and populates them into the meeting attendance field. Is there no way to send the invite from scalepad? how are we supposed to get the information from all that data sent as an invite to those involved. I cant imaging that there is no O365 integration to fire off an invite.

In the latest webinar they highlighted many upcoming features, including updates to the meeting functionality. Features like syncing, etc. are in there. I recommend giving the recording a watch.

Hi Crown - great to hear you’re getting set up well!

There is an Add to Calendar link that pushes the invite to GCal/Outlook.
You just need to make sure you’ve added a date/time at the top of the Meeting page so the integration knows when to schedule the meeting for.

Hi! Thank you for your response. When I click on the video page it gives me the ScalePad home page. Ive seen the Outlook.com button. Should I add it to my schedule then add invitees again?

As long as you have a description and attendees added to the Meeting record in Lifecycle Manager those will all transfer over to the record in Outlook once you click the Add to Calendar button.
