We have started onboarding partners into the ControlMap AI closed beta. This is an early release and we are starting small so we can learn quickly, iterate, and expand functionality based on real partner feedback.

What is included today (v1)

  • In app chatbot focused on answering security questions

  • SAQ agent that lets you upload a spreadsheet of security questions and download completed answers

    • Walkthrough video for illustration purposes: link

Who can join right now

  • CM Pro client portals only (not MSP portals)

  • US region tenants initially only)

How ControlMap AI will evolve

Over the coming weeks/months, we will be improving the current experience and expanding scope. Later this quarter, we plan to begin rolling out more specialized agents inside the app that can provide insights and help complete tasks based on where you are working (for example highlighting implementation risks or helping generate documents like policies). Beta participants will get early access as new capabilities are released.

Get early access

To request access, send us the details below through the sign up form: link

  • Partner name

  • Primary contact name and email

  • List of user email addresses to enable (must already have access to the client portal)

  • CM Pro client tenant name (no spaces) or tenant URL

Once we confirm eligibility, we will enable the beta for your tenant and users and share onboarding details.

Feedback and support

Beta participants will also gain access to a dedicated slack workspace channel for feedback and quick support, with Product leading responses during this early phase.
