HaloPSA API Integration with Backup Radar

If you’ve had the chance to peruse our Product Ideas page within the Community, you may have noticed just how popular  the request for an integration with HaloPSA is with ScalePad partners. Check out what @taylorkelce  had to say when we asked why HaloPSA is your choice for an MSP.

Well, we’ve listened to you and expedited an integration with HaloPSA for our Backup Radar partners. Through this API integration, Backup Radar users will now be able to automatically push two-way syncs of backup tickets. All your actionable and urgent tickets will now flow directly into your PSA of choice.
