Security awareness data is valuable, but it’s not always easy to turn into an executive-level story in a QBR. The new KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training (SAT) Deliverable Integration in Lifecycle Manager helps MSPs turn training and phishing results into a client-ready report that’s simple to explain and repeat across accounts.

What’s in the report?
It’s built to answer four questions: Where are we today? Are we improving? Where are we exposed? What should we do next?

Some metrics are snapshot-based, and trend views can be reported over 30/60/90-day windows.

Sections include:

  • Executive Summary: Overall risk score and trend (plus risk drivers when available)
  • Training Performance: Most recent completed campaign, completion rate, and trend vs. last campaign
  • Phishing Overview: Average and latest phish-prone %, trend, and top high/low risk users
  • User Breakdown: User-level risk, phish-prone %, and training completion to help you prioritize follow-up

How to use it in a QBR

Lead with the client’s business goal (e.g., protect customer PII), align on the initiative (e.g., improve awareness and handling of sensitive data), and use the deliverable as evidence (completion trends, phish-prone %, risk movement) to drive a decision. It also supports common recommendations like:

  • Refresh SAT training and onboarding
  • Set completion targets (95–100%) with accountability
  • Strengthen policies/controls when behavior suggests exposure (MFA, email security, conditional access)

Go to Deliverables in Lifecycle Manager, select KnowBe4 SAT, and enter your KnowBe4 API key.
