Need Additional Status for "Delivered"

We need an additional Status for "Delivered".  Right now, after the quote has been approved (and marked Published) we cant tell if the quote has been delivered or not.  If it wasn’t, it may sit forever without changing to WON or LOST because it never got sent.  please add a status after PENDING that says SENT to confirm that the sales rep emailed the quote once it was in pending status.

Hey Pete,

This would be captured in a “Stage” rather than a Status. You may just need to add Stage to your Quote List view by customizing the columns. I also recommend creating a Saved View with a filter for quotes still in the “Published” stage to you can quickly and easily keep track of quotes that have no been sent out yet.

Quote that has been Published but not actually Sent to the Customer is marked as Published.


Quote that has actually been Sent gets updated to “Sent - Pending”


Quote that has been sent but bounced will show as below.

I think the issue is that we do not use Quoter to send the email.  Our process is to use the public link and email it out manually.  So Quoter never knows that it was sent.  Hence there is no “Stage” for this.  

We need a manual status.
