Product Update Highlights:
Windows 11 Readiness Just Got Easier in Lifecycle Manager. One of our most upvoted product ideas was finally delivered this past month. LM Pro users can now use the set of Windows 11 Insights added to the client dashboard to quickly identify:
- All devices that appear ready for Windows 11 but haven’t yet been updated. We check for a compatible processor, 8GB+ RAM, 64GB+ storage, and a manufacture date of 2018 or later (our stand-in for TPM 2.0).
- Processor Not Compatible: This one’s critical. If a device has a processor that’s not on Microsoft’s compatibility list, it’s a hard stop — the device must be replaced.
- Storage Not Compatible: If a device doesn’t meet the 64GB storage minimum, it gets flagged here. Good news: this is fixable. Freeing up space or upgrading the drive can save the device.
- Memory Not Compatible: Devices with less than 8GB RAM will appear here. Again, no need to panic — RAM can be upgraded, so replacement isn’t always necessary.
- Age Not Compatible: Devices older than 2018 are flagged here, not because of age itself, but because they’re less likely to support TPM 2.0, which is required for Windows 11. Some exceptions exist, so you may want to manually confirm.

- Have you seen our new Product Studio webinars? Hear directly from our ScalePad product managers on product priorities, challenges we’re working to overcome, demos of best practices for our different products, and more! This is not just a roadmap review (allthough we will do that too), this is a way for you to interact with our product managers and hear real time product priorities.
MSP Confidential (March and April Episodes)
- Build or Buy Marketing? — with Megan Killion. In this session Luis welcomes Megan Killion to MSP Confidential—she strongly believes that building your own in-house marketing muscle beats outsourcing. Counterintuitive (as a marketing agency), right? They get into what drives growth, what acquirers care about, and why most MSPs do it backward.
- 2025 State of the Channel — with Carolyn April of GTIA. How will the IT channel evolve in 2025? In this episode of MSP Confidential, Luis Giraldo sits down with Carolyn April of GTIA to unpack the most important findings from the 2025 State of the Channel Report. With more than a decade of research behind it, this annual report reveals how MSPs are transforming, where the biggest growth opportunities lie, and why customer expectations are shifting.
- Leadership is Everyone's Job - with Marnie Stockman and Nick Coniglio. In this session, the group discusses:
- Reinvention after exiting the MSP world
- Why leadership is everyone’s job
- How core values evolve (or don’t) as your business grows
- Ted Lasso quotes that actually shape your career
- Reinvention after exiting the MSP world
