Getting Started.
Build it
Getting Started workshops are designed for partners who have just signed up with ScalePad.
Your assigned Product Adoption Manager will invite you to attend these, which will focus on walking partners through the initial setup process of their product.
Partner Success.
Use it
Partner Success workshops, which vary in format and focus, help our current partners get more out of their ScalePad experience.
Our current lineup of events includes:
- Learning Labs – Dive into real-life use cases and topics. Go beyond the basics. Sometimes these may be combined with Office Hours for a more dynamic experience.
- Office Hours – Bring your burning questions to our product experts, hear peer insights, and interact with a group of ScalePad partners.
- New User Foundations – Introductory training to help your entire team learn the product and best practices.
NOTE: Some workshops have prerequisites to help partners get the most out of the session. Completing them ensures they can follow along with the session content.
