Our New Quotes List is out of beta and ready to be shared! What’s new?

• Partners can sort quotes according to what stage they're in. A better way to view quotes, so they can prioritize and manage better.
• Choose which columns to display... and SAVE the selected columns. 
• New filter fields have been added too (one or more Quote Owners, Custom Quote Number, recurring or upfront margin).

New Cognition360 Updates For You!

• Agreement Profitability – new Agreement Department filter on the Customer Agreement Profitability page
• Invoice Payments – filter Invoice and Payments by Company Type on the Invoices Paid page
• Tickets KPI – new drill-through functionality to the Ticket Details page, and a new Ticket Escalated page
• Ticket SLA Insights (this report hasn’t changed; data model update only that adds Billable Hours. Useful for building custom reporting).

Supplier Sync is in Beta! SupplierSync lets Quoter users import product catalogues via CSV from virtually any distie into Product Cloud, mapping it into a standard format for comparison and quoting and eliminating manual updates once it's configured.

ControlMap has Been Selected for GTIA Trustmark Program! ControlMap is officially featured in the GTIA Trustmark Marketplace. Trustmark is a cybersecurity certification program built specifically for MSPs, designed as a more cost-effective and streamlined alternative to SOC 2. It combines elements of several frameworks—including ISO 27001, CIS, and NYDFS—to create an MSP-focused, auditable standard that meets the real-world needs of service providers.
