On June 20th, 2024, we hosted our second mid-year product-focused event. Designed as a “no-sales pitch” event, Innovate delivered the product updates. If you missed out, not to worry. I’ve recapped all the news you need to know about below. 

 

Dan Wensley, CEO of ScalePad Highlights:

  • ScalePad has been working hard behind the scenes to develop a new brand promise that showcases what we’re aiming to achieve for our global partners. Equipping  your MSP Adventure. Putting our partners at the center of our story, with the tools they new to go on a business journey.
  • We’re investing heavily in our products, resources, and people involved in making you successful. We want every partner to know they have a dedicated resource within ScalePad to help ride along the journey with you. Chris Day, Founder and CPO of ScalePad Highlights:

  • There’s a method to our madness. Chris unpacked the strategy behind bringing all these products together and explained why they’re tailor-made to generate revenue for you.
  • More than 30% of our ScalePad staff is Product & Engineering. 80 people are purely focused on building and making our products better.
  • Introducing the ScalePad OS and ScalePad Hub:
    • The ScalePad OS is the source of truth for the ScalePad platform. This is where all the data lives and allows us to handle enhanced data processing and AI across all of our products.
    • The ScalePad Hub: Where the user experience happens. Integrations, account management, and a unified app console.
  • The future of the ScalePad OS - Product-specific and Public APIs
    • Today, each of our products has its own API, and as a vendor, integrations work just with that one product. The future of the OS will be a universal ScalePad API (Core API).
    • The public API is not ready just yet but will be in the near future for you to use to build your own integrations.

Adam Hert, VP, Product for ScalePad Highlights:

  • How do we implement new features and capabilities?
    1. ​​​​​​​ We listen to our partners (here in the Community 😁).
    2. Build the case for it. 
    3. We prioritize the problem. How much evidence do we have? How impactful is it?
    4. Release in milestones so we know we’re on the right track with our partners.
  • New ScalePad Hub Updates coming in the next few months.
    • User Management will be the first thing in the Hub. This will make user access much clearer.
    • Unified Integrations to create a single source of truth for our integrations.
    • A single billing and administration platform across all of our products.
  • Adam dove into the individual product updates for each of our products and what the future will look like.
