Is there a centralized location or a place in each client’s dashboard where we could track / set a client’s budget season? (Calendar year vs fiscal...)?

Hi Bert,
In the Budget Forecast tab in each client, you can click on Current Reporting Options to change the reporting period to Fiscal Year instead of calendar.
