+1Greetings! I’m recommending that we have the ability to create “Business Review” Templates that can be used for all our clients within the LCI tenant.
For example, have one global template for ‘quarterly business reviews’ or another one for ‘semiannual review’, and so forth.
Our goal is to keep all of our notes / client activity (communication) within LCI.
I think you may need to clarify here. I have been a user for quite a while and have created many templates that can have some slides that are “Global” (I use for informational content for many clients) and other slides that are client specific. If I have a client with specific needs, I may duplicate the template for that client and adjust, but my goal was to make the templates re-usable wherever possible.

That makes sense. It would help structure what vCIO or Account Managers information in there.
