We have integrated our IT Glue with the lifecycle insights, however we are synching clients into the lifecycle insights that are no longer active on our IT Glue.
How do I remove/adjust/manage this scenario where we have un-active clients still showing as active within lifecycle.
The 2nd issue that is coming up there are also duplicate client profiles being synced in terms of lifecycle creating 2 copies of certain clients.

Lifecycle Insights initial sync will detect all companies that are listed in your PSA.
In instances such as this, there are a couple of options that are available.
We do have an Advanced Filtering button available to help you find and select the companies you want to set as active in Lifecycle Insights.
This will allow you to filter companies by type or status.
Duplicate companies are usually only an issue if they are either duplicated in your IT Glue instance or if a primary integration change was made.
Instances with duplicate companies or other company listing issues can be corrected by contacting our support team. Our support team can re-sync your companies if needed.
