What small tweaks to your business are you making in the new year that you feel will have a lasting impression?
Efficiency. It is not enough that tools integrate. If my engineers spend 30-45 minutes a day navigating sign on pages for different tools, then I am not running efficiently. Tools like LionGard and LCI, where I can see more/do more in one spot have become my target. Singular focus tools are great and have their place, I just need a funnel point location that draws all that information together.
