Lifecycle insights has the ability to export assessments to csv, as well as import them. As an example, I have attached a popular risk assessment template that we often show doing demos and training.

I don't have any assessments to share, but I'd like to see what others have used for pre-CBR assessments.

I have been building a lot of assessments. Here is one I built to identify what is in place, what isn’t, and clarifies internal documentation. I tried to include everything that the light touches on the IT landscape.
