Apologies for the double-post, I also replied to the SaaS Management announcement, but I think that may not be the correct place to post a question like this?

Amazing job with the SaaS Management out of the gate, ScalePad team!

One critical piece of info I was hoping for was info on “login method”. While it’s great to know John Doe uses Claude, it makes an enormous difference to the conversation whether they’re logging into Claude “properly” (using M365 SSO or the company domain), vs. signing in as “homeuser@gmail.com”.

I’ve seen other SaaS Management tools collect and present login information, is this on the roadmap?

Thank you, Justin! This is a great request, and we’ve seen similar feedback around being able to distinguish between users who have signed in versus those using the free product.

We’ll need to investigate further to determine whether this information is something we can reliably surface. I don’t have a definitive answer yet, as we’re still in the feedback-gathering phase for this feature, but I’d be happy to reach out when we begin exploring it further.

Thanks

Ishita

Thanks for your question Justin, and apologies for the delayed response. I'm going to follow up with our product team and let you know if this is feasible based on the data our agent collects.

Cheers,

Shay
