Scalepad reconizing VSAX as RMM?

Thank you for the ability for DATTO EDR logging into the reporting.  Now I am noticing Scalepad does not recogonize VSAX not being picked up on the reporting.  I know our clients have the RMM installed, but Scalepad show it does not.  This still prevents me from sending reports to clients.  Do we have a timeframe for VSAX recognized as RMM installed on devices?

    Hi ​@ehill77, since installed software is reported by the RMM, we’ve been hesitant to add it to our software asset management. It could create out of date information if a device hasn’t checked in with the RMM and we don’t know whether it’s because the RMM was uninstalled on that device or another reason. 

    If you would really like to see RMM install reporting for VSAX, the best way to influence the roadmap is to create a new product idea and let the rest of the community weigh in. If this is a popular idea despite the limitations, we will take that into account. Thanks for bringing this up!
