Enjoyed the Ignition 2023 this morning and excited to be part of the ScalePad community! I have been at our MSP for a little over 10 years; started as an engineer, moved to procurement, and have found my happy place in operations. I may be biased, but I don’t think there is a better community than the MSP community in all the land. 

I am located in LA (lower Alabama) and when I am not staring at a computer screen, I am probably hiking, thrifting, or buried in a good book.
