I’m Tulsie Narine, a Senior Solutions Engineer here at ScalePad, and I spend my days working closely with MSPs—on average, I chat with about six of you daily. My career started back in the early 2000s as a sysadmin, and since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work at IBM for a decade, followed by five years at Datto as a BCDR SE. Now, after two years at ScalePad, I’m here to help with all things Backups, Cybersecurity, and Customer Engagement—or just to talk shop about the MSP space.
