@SFleisher is sharing some tips on incorporating Windows 11 compatibility into your QBRs.- We want to hear from you! We have two surveys making their rounds and we’d love for our Community members to participate. One focuses on Backup Plans for Backup Radar. While the other is looking for feedback on what analytics are most useful for you to share in your QBRs.
- We have so many great ideas coming through our Product Ideas page. Make sure you check them out and vote on the features you want to see in our products.
Product Update Highlights
Improvements include -
- A new interface: We've simplified the menu options for easier access to client engagement features and reorganized the display of the client page, prioritizing features that focus on client interactions.
- Marketplace / Infrastructure Protection: We've also centralized disposal and asset protection under a new menu item called Marketplace, and renamed Warranty Services for server and network device coverage to Infrastructure Protection. Infrastructure Protection and Workstation Assurance will now be on their own pages instead of combined together as Warranties in-app. New name, same great taste!
- Roadmaps + Initiatives: These have been consolidated and neatly organized as a simple, filterable Kanban project board under the Roadmaps tab.
- Client Activities: In the client view of Lifecycle Manager, under 'Activities' on the left-hand side, we've added a new area for creating tasks, logging meeting notes, and storing contact details.

- If you’ve had your head buried in work this past month, you may not have seen that we hosted a huge product-focused event on June 20th, Innovate.
