VSPC improvments

We have been using the beta integration for Veeam Service Provider Console since it was rebuilt a while back.It's working fairly well, but there are a few issues preventing us from switching from email-based monitoring.As noted on the beta integration setup/details page, there are a few types of Veeam jobs that are only supported via email parsing.The three that are currently unsupported that we would really like to see are scale out repository offload/sync state, configuration backup, and health checksOur more pressing concern is the fact that the VSPC does not seem to be correctly reporting when VMs are excluded from jobs.Most of our Veeam/VMWare backup jobs are built using the vCenter or “Datacenter” object, with VMs excluded manually from the jobs.This seems to result in jobs being created in Backup Radar for VMs that are excluded from the job in Veeam.Are there any possible improvements for the above issues or are these just limitations of the VSPC API?

Scalepad reconizing VSAX as RMM?

Thank you for the ability for DATTO EDR logging into the reporting. Now I am noticing Scalepad does not recogonize VSAX not being picked up on the reporting. I know our clients have the RMM installed, but Scalepad show it does not. This still prevents me from sending reports to clients. Do we have a timeframe for VSAX recognized as RMM installed on devices?

Ingestion of backup failure reason

To take this integration further, we ideally need to be able to ingest the backup information into BR, similar to what is already available via the email ingestion. Control Map Outtage?

Hello, when trying to login to my MSP portal on ControlMap, none of my links are loading. Is there any known issues with the application now? There was the database maintenance last night and I can’t seem to login.Just shows up gray screen and when I try to go through the Lifecycle manager way, it just says redirecting to your region then freezes up. I’ve tried logging through incognito, deleting my cache, as well as logging in from another device on another network and it is not working. Please help!
