Business Review Templates

Greetings! I’m recommending that we have the ability to create “Business Review” Templates that can be used for all our clients within the LCI tenant.  For example, have one global template for ‘quarterly business reviews’ or another one for ‘semiannual review’, and so forth. Our goal is to keep all of our notes / client activity (communication) within LCI.

If no Tenable Integration - Please Open up API

Like I’ve been waiting for Tenable for 2 years now. One of the most important thing for a POAM is vulnerabilities, but you have the least needed vulnerability tool which is snyk. Like if I can’t build my own integration to be able to add vulnerabilities to the POAM then I will need to go elsewhere.

December Communi-Tea ☕ - Wrapped Edition

Happy Holidays everyone! We’re back with a special edition of Communi-Tea. This month marks one year since we first launched our ScalePad Community. I’ve had the pleasure of watching this Community grow from the sidelines, and I couldn’t be happier to see it evolve to where it is today. Within this year, we’ve hit some major milestones and accomplished so much. 1,300 members (and counting) have joined the ScalePad Community. 3,447 posts were created. 1,746 replies to topics. 31,197 guest visitors stopped by to check the Community out. 111,656 different pages were reviewed this year. 1,508 ideas were submitted, and 3,388 votes were added (phe,w you’ve been busy). Like you, we have some pretty great goals set for 2025, which include:Organizing Community meetups this year at some of the larger events. VSPC improvments

We have been using the beta integration for Veeam Service Provider Console since it was rebuilt a while back.It's working fairly well, but there are a few issues preventing us from switching from email-based monitoring.As noted on the beta integration setup/details page, there are a few types of Veeam jobs that are only supported via email parsing.The three that are currently unsupported that we would really like to see are scale out repository offload/sync state, configuration backup, and health checksOur more pressing concern is the fact that the VSPC does not seem to be correctly reporting when VMs are excluded from jobs.Most of our Veeam/VMWare backup jobs are built using the vCenter or “Datacenter” object, with VMs excluded manually from the jobs.This seems to result in jobs being created in Backup Radar for VMs that are excluded from the job in Veeam.Are there any possible improvements for the above issues or are these just limitations of the VSPC API?

Need the ability to upload diagrams for several areas of the SSP to define system boundaries, define data flow for protected data, system boundaries, etc.
