I have a few clients in Lifecycle manager that is missing the warranty information. Why would this be?

Has anyone else got the issue, where the issues warning does not take you to the asset when you click on it?  You have to go digging to get the asset(s) in question.  

Hi All,Love LCI and finding new use cases continuously. However I’ve come across an issue that I hope the community can assist with.Specifically, when granting an External User access, I want to be able to restrict their ability to view certain boards within our PSA, such as Payables.  To date I have not found a way to do so.  It is simple enough to create the user/privileges, but that user has access to every board in our PSA via the drop down menu in Report Builder. Has anyone else attempted to do this? Have you found a workaround to this issue? Please advise and thanks in advance for any assistance.

Is there a centralized location or a place in each client’s dashboard where we could track / set a client’s budget season? (Calendar year vs fiscal...)?

So we use synology’s pretty heavily at our company. We do our best to track and utilize all the reporting we can get from them to include the monthly hard drive status report. How ever i have yet to figure out how to set that report that only runs one a month. I see the options for certain days, daily, weekends only etc but nothing for monthly. I think I can pause them to do this, but I believe that I would need to re-pause them after that report ran every month. Edit- I did find the “Schedule” tab, and have created a monthly status and applied it, we shall see if this serves to sort this out for me.   Thank you

 I’m getting this in the Users list after enabling M365 integration for this customer / syncing M365 data. I’ve noticed it on other customers as well, already integrated for a while...

I ran into another instance of LCI incorrectly calculating 3 year totals – but this was from a Recommendations Report.  When I looked at the Budget Forecast – it was actually correct.Here is a screenshot.  These highlighted amounts are not correct, in fact, they are wildly inaccurate – like 2-3x the actual amount.  This is super embarrassing when it is found in front of a client. Here is a screenshot from the budget forecast.  The numbers highlighted above are correct – however, two other recommendations are wrong (but they are correct above – these highlighted in yellow with red arrows).Please address this issue ASAP.  This is really concerning.  

When reviewing the contacts in LCI with MS365 integrated, can you write back contacts that are in M365 to Connectwise Manage?

So I saw this post on Reddit’s /r/msp (don’t judge me, OK? You might have gone there at least once too...): https://www.reddit.com/r/msp/comments/1b3cmdt/surface_pro_warranties/ And it’s killing me because I shouldn’t say that we’ll have support for Microsoft Surface devices with Workstation Assurance inside Lifecycle Manager later next month. 🤐 So it’s a good thing you community members didn’t hear it here first, while it was just in rumour stage. Plus ‘rumour’ is spelled the way I just spelled it, so our colourful neighbours south of the border know a Canadian wrote it. 

Lifecycle insights has the ability to export assessments to csv, as well as import them. As an example, I have attached a popular risk assessment template that we often show doing demos and training. Do you have any templates that work well for you that you would like to share? Or are you looking for a template from the community? Share your ideas here!

I am working to get my company to use LCI in the QBR process. Does anyone have a good starter template to share?

I’m looking if there is a way to get reporting on all tickets that were submitted outside the hours of 9a-6p EST Mon-Fri.  From there I want to see how fast our engineers were able to close those tickets.

I write here out of desperation, as I don’t seem to be able get any response in other channels. Stack Alignment is underdeveloped! It is not usable for Alignment engineers due to simple problem with rendering data. I opened up tickets with support, addressed it during the training session with developers and all I am hearing: “Leadership decides what to develop”. Last time, I brought this topic they “develop” tile organization in customer success but fail to fix basic functionality of the product as advertised. Every training session, LCI speaks about customer success and how we as MSP need to develop strategy, budget etc to help our clients achieve their success, however ScalePad sound like ignores the same approach when it comes to us - ScalePad clients, LifeCycle Insights clients.Can we be reimbursed for paying for the module for the last year while it’s not working? If I am the only one who has the problem, why no one tells me so. Or am I the only one to use the products as it was

We have an integration with Datto RMM enabled and there is a problem with the syncing. Last month we purchased an extended coverage for a couple computers in an organization and when it synced the updated warranty information it put the date the transaction was made, not the new warranty expiration date. I can see in the configuration history that the sync was performed specifically by the scalepad API. Is there an issue with this functionality or some other setting we need to adjust?

Hi everyone,I can’t open Lifecycle Insights after logging in to ScalePad OK. When in Lifecycle Manager, clicking top-left menu, clicking Lifecycle Insights, launches the URL for it but then it sends me back to Manager.I’ve tried another browser and Incognito, same symptoms. Is there a specific reason why older runtimes is displaying in red, even though it has the latest support version? These runtimes are essential for applications that require them, and although we can't remove them from computers due to application dependencies, the red color may convey an unsupported status. How can we present this more positively for front-facing clients?
