The owner of a Quote should be integrated into QuickBooks Online, mapped to QBO field Location

Hi Team,I’ve recently been handed the task of cleaning up our clients data in LCI. I am running into an issue where certain accounts are still showing as having M365 licenses applied in the client's ‘User List’ even though they have been removed.A manual sync of 365 has been completed via the Data Sync Manager with no changes in the LCI portal. I have also confirmed in the 365 admin portals that all licenses have been removed. Is there another area where I should be checking/updating for these changes to take effect? I appreciate your assistance and look forward to working with the team to resolve this one.Thanks

There’s a debate at my organization regarding the assigning of tasks (such as evidence collection or document uploading): can you assign tasks to anyone within an organization just using their email address, or do they have to be added to ControlMap as a user?

We do not have the ability to create a ticket to Halo from Lifecycle Insights. What’s the best way to get recommendations over to Halo once they are approved?  I am looking for a more automated approach. Is anyone using any good methods to get the recommendation into HALO? Submitted on behalf of John Marzano at Brite. 

I have noticed a sharp decline in information pertaining to Backup Radar being posted on the Product Updates page.Seems like the monthly release notes have ceased, and only major feature announcements get posted. I doubt that there has been no changes to the product since October 24...There then seems to be silent updates applied in the background (maybe monthly?) that change functionality or break policies and we don’t get any notification of their application or the changes going into effect.Am I missing something? Is there a Release Notes page I am just blind to?

I have been unable to successfully attach a PDF to my Report Builder template using the Image File component.  I have attempted this with multiple sizes, layouts, and margins for the PDFs.   In Presentation Mode, the viewing area for the PDF appears to be set at half of the viewable screen size. In the downloaded printable (PDF version) copy of the Report Builder template, the PDF is - for lack of a better word - squashed.If there is something I can do to make this appear correctly in both the Presentation Mode and the downloaded version we provide to the client please let me know.  Otherwise, I assume this is a bug or a serious miss on the part of the developers. 

I have superadmin privileges in ControlMap, so I am not sure why I am being blocked.  Three of the companies I can connect to with out issue.  I previously was able to access all five companies.

We are a long time Quoter user - since Socket - and would love to beta test the integration between Lifecycle Manager and Quoter for Workstation Assurance packages.Thanks 😍

Is there a way to add other attributes/columns to assets in ControlMap, so it can be the basic asset register for an organisation? e.g. equipment barcode? Ideally, custom attributes would not be overwritten when rows are updated from an integration. I thought this existed but looking again, cannot see the option to add additional columns.

I’m recommending that we have the ability to create “Business Review” Templates that can be used for all our clients within the LCI tenant.  For example, have one global template for ‘quarterly business reviews’ or another one for ‘semiannual review’, and so forth. Our goal is to keep all of our notes / client activity (communication) within LCI.

Thank you for the ability for DATTO EDR logging into the reporting.  Now I am noticing Scalepad does not recogonize VSAX not being picked up on the reporting.  I know our clients have the RMM installed, but Scalepad show it does not.  This still prevents me from sending reports to clients.  Do we have a timeframe for VSAX recognized as RMM installed on devices?

Hello, when trying to login to my MSP portal on ControlMap, none of my links are loading. Is there any known issues with the application now? There was the database maintenance last night and I can’t seem to login.Just shows up gray screen and when I try to go through the Lifecycle manager way, it just says redirecting to your region then freezes up. I’ve tried logging through incognito, deleting my cache, as well as logging in from another device on another network and it is not working.  Please help!

DIBCAC released a Self-Assessment Database that they themselves use when conducting assessments. It has very explicit expectations of minimally 320 evidence checks--some of which can be met by a single document/artifact. DIBCAC has evidence expectations for each of the 320 assessment objectives. How has ControlMap’s default expectations for evidence for CMMC landed on 53 pieces (and the same count for 171r2 framework)?  

When we first signed up for this service a couple of months ago I had the ability to create a new initiative based on an insight (workstations over X years old) and spread the workstations across X amount of quarters. I was then able to move computers between those quarters. I no longer see this functionality. Is it removed or has it been moved somewhere else? This is a basic function that sold us on the platform in the first place. The program is not much use if we cannot easily and intuitively plan out our equipment lifecycle. Thanks

Is there some type of report we can use for our own compliance needs that shows all the users and the associated privileges?  I am looking for this for our own compliance requirements internally.
